Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

TIAA is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Remote Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from clients and provide assistance with their inquiries. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. 4. Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met. 5. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 2. Attention to detail and strong project management skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts, as needed.
