Job Description:
As a Call Center Associate at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Dubai, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policies, claims, and general inquiries. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from clients and assisting them with their inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on claims, policy renewals, and other customer service matters - Providing accurate information to clients regarding their insurance policies and coverage - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary - Updating client information and notes in the company's database - Meeting or exceeding daily call volume and quality metrics - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism - Critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and resolve customer issues - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and energetic personality to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
