Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Celanese is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone. You will handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide accurate information to callers.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively - Collect and record customer information accurately in the system - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Hardworking and confident attitude - Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
