Job Description:
LifePoint Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing efficiency, and driving performance improvements.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train and mentor call center staff to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service - Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and meet service level agreements - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely manner - Analyze call center data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to call center staff - Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for continuous improvement and growth
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in call center management - Proven track record of achieving performance targets and KPIs - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment - Passion for delivering excellent customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Experience in healthcare or a related industry is a plus - Teamwork and analytical skills
