Job Description - Call Center Manager


Job Description:


Newell Brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Manage a team of call center representatives, providing coaching and guidance as needed - Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement


Requirements: - Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate and independent with a strong work ethic - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
