Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Ingredion is seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in call center management.


Responsibilities: - Leading and managing a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service - Developing and implementing strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency - Monitoring and analyzing call center metrics to drive performance improvements - Handling escalated customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Developing and implementing training programs for call center staff - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Overseeing the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance call center operations


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of driving performance improvements in a call center environment - Experience with call center technologies and tools - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
