Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Republic Services is seeking a passionate and driven Call Center Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with 6 years of experience in a call center environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center to ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of call center representatives to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions. 4. Train and mentor call center staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional processes and communication. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center performance.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a call center management role. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 7. Flexible schedule to accommodate call center operations.
