Job Description:
DuPont is seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Manager to join our team in Dubai on a full-time basis. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of call center representatives who provide customer support and resolution for our products and services. This position offers the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of call center representatives to ensure high-quality customer service and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity. 3. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations of call center representatives and provide coaching and feedback for professional development. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in call center management. 3. Strong project management and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment. 6. Experience with call center software and CRM systems. 7. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call center performance targets.
