Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Reynolds American is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Call Center Officer in our Dubai office. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are resilient and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers - Effectively communicate product information and promotions to customers - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Stay current on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
