Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Delek US Holdings is seeking a passionate and hardworking Call Center Representative to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, requests, and complaints - Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers - Utilize communication and decision-making skills to effectively address customer needs - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Meet and exceed key performance indicators set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to make quick decisions - Passion for helping customers and resolving issues - Hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
