Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Call Center Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Financial in Dubai. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, resolving inquiries and issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with account information, billing inquiries, and policy updates. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Process policy changes, updates, and payments accurately. 5. Conduct research and follow up with customers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 8. Meet and exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 10. Participate in training sessions and coaching to improve skills and performance.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 4. Ability to research and problem-solve independently. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 7. Resilient and dedicated work ethic. 8. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.
