Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative working from home in Dubai. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. 3. Follow communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and goals. 6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a call center representative or similar customer service role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. High emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 5. Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Fluent in English and Arabic.
