Call Center Specialist

Job description:

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Call Center Specialist to join our team at Illinois Tool Works in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing product information and pricing to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Upselling products and services to customers when appropriate - Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues - Meeting or exceeding call center metrics and goals - Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills - Strong people management and persuasion skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work well in a team environment - Reliable and resourceful personality traits
