Chat Support Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at S&P Global in Dubai. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat platforms, providing them with information and solutions to their inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through online chat platforms - Providing customers with product information and assistance - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes - Conducting research to provide customers with accurate information

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with others - Excellent research skills to provide accurate information to customers - No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide training - Must be willing to work full-time in Dubai
