Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Universal Health Services is looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer support through chat platforms, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or department - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support experience - Maintain customer records and documentation of interactions - Work towards achieving customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong research and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of chat support platforms and tools - Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
