Job Description:
The Chat Support Associate at Goldman Sachs Group in Dubai will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through online chat support. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and general questions about products and services. 3. Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 4. Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed to resolve any outstanding issues. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex customer inquiries when necessary. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company for customer satisfaction and response times.
Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality with a positive attitude towards customer service. 2. Strong adaptability and teamwork skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands. 5. Proficiency in using online chat support tools and basic computer skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. 7. Fluent in English and Arabic is required.
