Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Humana is looking for a motivated and resourceful Chat Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar field. The Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via online chat platforms - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Utilize creativity and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers - Achieve customer satisfaction goals and targets set by the company - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience - Meet or exceed productivity and performance metrics

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Motivated and resourceful individual who can work independently - Creative thinking and emotional intelligence - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
