Job Description:
Lulu Group International is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team in a full-time, work from home position based in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate level professional with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support representatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our online customer service platform.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed - Monitor chat support system performance and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Develop and implement chat support best practices and procedures to streamline operations - Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to chat support team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role - Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and team members - Reliable and confident personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong time management skills - Ability to work independently and from a remote location - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
