Job Description:
As a Client Relations Assistant at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client inquiries and issues, and supporting the Client Relations team in various tasks.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions - Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement - Assist in managing client contracts, agreements, and renewals - Provide administrative support to the Client Relations team as needed
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong presentation and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
