Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

AK Steel Holding is seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients remotely. This is an entry-level position and does not require any previous experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through remote communication channels - Address client inquiries and provide information about products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services - Identify new business opportunities with existing clients - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Maintain a database of client information and interactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent personality traits - Strong persuasion and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
