Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Remote Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their needs and concerns - Provide information about company products and services to clients - Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company database
