Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions and recommendations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Dedicated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Demonstrated leadership and planning skills
