Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Raytheon, a global technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, civil government, and cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents - Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Previous experience in client relations or account management preferred - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
