Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

The Remote Client Relations Representative at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients through virtual communication channels. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner. The Remote Client Relations Representative will work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to address inquiries and provide solutions 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction 5. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and escalating as needed 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients 8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role 3. Strong communication and presentation skills 4. Passionate and hardworking attitude 5. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
