Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

McDonald's in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing long-term relationships with our clients. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving any issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Understand client goals and objectives to provide personalized solutions - Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to create client-specific strategies - Provide feedback to management on client needs and trends - Conduct regular client meetings to review progress and address any concerns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Motivated and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong project management and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of the fast-food industry is a plus
