Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Rockwell Collins in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, resolving issues, and proactively addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate responses to client requests - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop client communication strategies - Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights to clients - Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients
