Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Emaar Properties is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level role, this position is perfect for those looking to start their career in client services and real estate. The Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy - Assist clients with property inquiries, sales transactions, and rental agreements - Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information in the database - Coordinate property viewings and inspections for clients - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote properties and generate leads - Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and resourceful with a strong work ethic - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively - Leadership qualities and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry
