Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Mosaic is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a client service or related role. We are looking for individuals who are driven and resilient, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account set-up, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2+ years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - Experience working in a remote or virtual setting is a plus
