Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Service Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be someone who is analytical and innovative, able to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently - Process client orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery - Provide support for sales and marketing activities as needed - Prepare reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to think critically, analyze data, and innovate solutions
