Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Client Service Associate to join our team at Raymond James Financial. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account openings, transfers, and other administrative tasks. 3. Educate clients on investment products and services offered by Raymond James Financial. 4. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective client service delivery. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide informed guidance to clients. 7. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by demonstrating teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a client service or financial services role. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. 6. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
