Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote Client Service Manager to join our team at Dubai Festival City. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide solutions to help them achieve their goals. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 7 years of experience in client service management.
Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships remotely to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and address any concerns - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and growth - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives - Track and report on key performance metrics to measure client satisfaction and success - Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address client needs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client service management - Confident and energetic personality traits - Strong strategic planning and communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client service - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
