Job Description: NRG Energy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, resolving any issues that may arise, and identifying opportunities for growth within our client base.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and issues. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on deliverables. - Manage client accounts, including handling contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Monitor key performance indicators to track client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients based on their needs. - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their accounts and any relevant information. - Handle escalations and resolve disputes in a timely and effective manner. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services to continuously improve our processes. - Mentor and train junior team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client services or account management. - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding customer expectations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Resourceful and motivated, with a strong problem-solving ability. - Excellent planning and organization skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
