Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team at J.C. Penney in Dubai. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the retail industry.

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner - Answer client inquiries via phone, email, or in person - Process client orders and payments accurately - Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and effectively - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge to better assist clients - Provide feedback to management on client trends and feedback

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in customer service is a plus but not required - Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Innovative mindset and willingness to learn new skills - Ability to cooperate with team members and work together towards common goals
