Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Client Service Officer to join our team at Public Service Enterprise Group in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client services.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies. 6. Utilize project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Use persuasion skills to upsell services and retain clients. 8. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with colleagues and clients.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 5. Project management experience is a plus. 6. Persuasive communication skills are highly desirable. 7. Must be dedicated and energetic.
