Remote Client Service Officer

Emerson Electric is seeking a dynamic Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a full-time entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to remote clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management, product information, and order processing - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively in a remote environment - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different departments - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
