Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Representative to join our team at ManpowerGroup in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to provide clients with relevant information and advice

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client services or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - A positive attitude and a strong work ethic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
