Remote Client Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated Remote Client Service Representative to join our team at Reinsurance Group of America in Dubai. Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and other service-related requests - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any client issues or escalations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Previous customer service experience is a plus - Must be willing to work remotely and have access to a stable internet connection - Fluent in English, additional language skills are a bonus
