Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group. As a Remote Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from a remote location in Abu Dhabi, AE.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, quotes, and assistance with policy changes to clients - Process client transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Utilize innovative solutions to enhance the client experience - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Meet and exceed performance goals related to client satisfaction, quality, and productivity

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations - Passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients - Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different communication styles - Innovative mindset with a desire to improve processes and procedures - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
