Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Etihad Airways is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued clients and ensuring that they have a seamless experience when interacting with our airline.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requests are fulfilled efficiently - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their travel itineraries - Assist with the planning and coordination of special events or promotions for clients - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth and client retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a similar client-facing role - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to effectively communicate with clients - Analytical skills to gather and interpret client data for strategic decision-making - Equal opportunity employer
