Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Publix Super Markets is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Service Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients - Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing industry

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client services or a related field - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - High level of adaptability and flexibility - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Must be detail-oriented and organized
