Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

HCA Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client services.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and trends - Support the sales team in generating leads and closing deals - Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive light

Requirements: - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Excellent teamwork and time management skills - Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
