Abu Dhabi Media Company is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various remote communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner through phone, email, and chat - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Document client interactions and track progress to provide accurate follow-up support - Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts and contracts - Stay up-to-date on products and services to effectively answer client questions and provide recommendations
