Client Support Manager

As a Client Support Manager at Community Health Systems in Dubai, AE, you will be responsible for managing a team of client support representatives, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the client support team, including setting performance goals, monitoring metrics, and providing coaching and guidance to team members - Developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address client needs and issues - Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation - Handling escalated client issues and resolving them in a timely and professional manner - Training new team members and providing ongoing support and development opportunities for existing staff

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, with a proven track record of managing a team and achieving targets. You should also possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.
