Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Estee Lauder, a leading beauty company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional support, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a passion for customer service, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues - Provide guidance and support to clients on product usage and best practices - Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience - Lead and manage client support projects from initiation to completion - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or customer service - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving client satisfaction
