Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Remote Client Support Officer to join our team at NiSource in Abu Dhabi. As a Remote Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from a remote location.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or chat. 2. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client concerns to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and provide solutions to clients. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the client support process. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients. 7. Provide guidance and assistance to junior team members as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment. 5. Creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving. 6. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently. 7. Ability to adapt to change and respond resiliently in a fast-paced environment.
