Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

NiSource is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a remote client support representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with any questions or issues they may have regarding our products or services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Update client records and information in the system - Provide product or service information to clients - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
