Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

News Corp. is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients while working remotely. This position is full-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products and services - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients experiencing issues with our platforms - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner - Stay up to date on industry trends and product developments to better assist clients with their needs - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven and motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Leadership skills and ability to plan and organize effectively
