Job Description:
Performance Food Group in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. The Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person 2. Providing product and service information to clients 3. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services 7. Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance job performance 8. Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving
Requirements: 1. Previous experience in customer service or client support role 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 5. Resilient and hardworking attitude 6. Innovative and cooperative mindset 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
