Job Description:

Norfolk Southern is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. This entry-level position will require 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a reliable and resilient personality, along with strong communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Address client inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions - Assist in creating training materials and resources for clients - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong communication and planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
