Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Mutual of Omaha Insurance is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings. 2. Manage client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and ensure resolutions. 4. Conduct thorough research on client inquiries, products, and services to provide accurate information. 5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to better support clients. 8. Manage client accounts and provide support in policy renewals, claims, and other related activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus. 8. Reliable and dedicated work ethic. 9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
